EXO Score Summary

Below Average: buyers have too little delivery evidence for a confident shortlist. The profile records 5 services and 6 focus areas, but the available data does not name them, so buyers cannot map delivery layers or identify the technical stack. The 10-49 person team and listed small-business, mid-market, and enterprise segments indicate broad stated fit, not proven experience at each scale. 5 reviews average 5 stars, a positive but emerging signal. A 2021 TechBehemoths Award adds recognition, but only for one edition. There are no portfolio cases, and the profile is unclaimed, leaving work and current details unverified; no account managers are listed. No platform dates are supplied to explain the thin evidence. Request relevant case studies, references, and confirmation of profile details before engaging.

Reviews Summary

The profile shows 5 reviews with a 5-star average. That is a positive but emerging signal: the rating is strong, while the small review sample gives buyers limited evidence of how consistently clients report their experience. Treat the feedback as encouraging rather than conclusive, and compare it with references and relevant work before relying on it for a significant project decision.

Awards Summary

Webaholics is listed as a TechBehemoths Award winner in the 2021 edition. That provides a concrete platform-recognition signal, but it reflects one edition rather than recognition across multiple years. It adds useful context to the profile, though it does not show delivery outcomes or replace project references. Buyers should weigh it alongside relevant case studies and client feedback.

Claimed Summary

The profile is unclaimed, with no business-email verification and no listed manager. In practical terms, nobody at Webaholics is shown as maintaining this page, so its details may be stale and the company is not accountable for them through a verified account. Buyers should confirm the current services, team details, and contact route directly before relying on this profile or sending project information.

Description Summary

Webaholics' short self-description gives buyers little basis to understand its expertise, working approach, or strongest project types. It does not explain what the team is best equipped to deliver, so prospective clients must infer fit from other profile signals. Those signals also leave a notable gap: there are no portfolio cases to inspect. Request a focused account of relevant services, team experience, and delivery approach before using this profile to compare providers.

Portfolio Summary

There are no published portfolio cases, so buyers cannot inspect Webaholics' delivered work, judge its relevance, or see how it handles project outcomes. This is a significant evidence gap, not proof of weak delivery, but it leaves the profile unable to substantiate its stated capabilities. Before shortlisting, request case studies closely matched to your scope, including the work performed and the client's objectives. Without that material, the profile offers little basis for evaluating delivery fit.

Other Summary

The strongest supporting signals are the breadth of the listed industries and client segments, which span small business through enterprise. The picture is less complete on technical focus, and two signals are missing: portfolio contribution and listed account contacts. In total, 6 of 8 supporting components are filled. Buyers have some positioning information, but should request relevant case studies and confirm the best contact before judging fit.

How Webaholics compares with other companies in United States

Benchmarked against every other company in United States. See exactly where Webaholics ranks.

How Webaholics compares to other companies based on profile strength?

Webaholics is rated Below Average for profile information. In Salt Lake City, most listed peers also fall in lower labels, but more sit at Poor or Very Poor; fewer reach Average or Good. This places the profile below the local middle, rather than among the better-documented options. The national distribution is likewise weighted toward lower labels, so the rating is not an unusually harsh local comparison. For a buyer, the issue is limited material for screening and comparison, not evidence about delivery quality. Request relevant case studies, named services, team credentials, and references before shortlisting. A profile that is not actively maintained is one possible explanation, but the published information still leaves a notable gap to close directly.

How much does Webaholics charge for their services compared to other companies in United States and Salt Lake City?

Webaholics discloses $70-$150/hour. In Salt Lake City, $70/hour is a common listed rate, while $150/hour sits at the sparse upper end; nationally, both points are common among published rates. The range starts around a familiar local rate and reaches a premium local endpoint, rather than signaling one consistent budget tier. The profile does not show how work is divided across that span.Treat this as a fit-and-budget signal, not a quality ranking. Buyers comparing local providers should confirm which roles or project conditions carry the higher rate, then request a scoped estimate. The lower endpoint aligns with a common local price, but budgets based on that rate may not cover work billed at the top of the disclosed range.

How many services does Webaholics provide compared to other companies?

Webaholics lists 6 services, just above the common 5-service marker and below the broader 10-30-service profiles seen nationally. Salt Lake City listings are polarized: many show no services, while a sizable group lists 30; smaller groups sit at 5 or 15. Six is a compact offering, not broad coverage, and close to the lower end of providers that publish a service list. That narrow list may make the company worth probing for depth in its stated areas, but the profile alone does not establish specialist capability. Ask which services are core, who delivers them, and for relevant work examples. Buyers seeking a single provider across several disciplines should verify coverage directly rather than assume the listing includes every required capability.

When was Webaholics founded?

Founded in 2012, Webaholics sits in the market's mid-tenure cohort. Salt Lake City's founding-year comparison is unavailable, so the national distribution is the useful benchmark: it is concentrated among firms founded from the late 1990s through the 2010s, with 2012 within that dense band, not at either extreme. The company is neither among the oldest operators nor newly founded. The date gives buyers a meaningful period of company history to examine, but tenure alone does not establish performance or continuity of the current team. Compare dated case studies, references, and evidence of work relevant to your project. The founding year is useful context for a shortlist, not proof of results.

A portfolio is the only direct evidence of work this company has actually delivered. Without one, you cannot verify quality, style, or scope before committing budget. We recommend prioritizing companies with a documented track record, or requesting work samples directly before proceeding.

Reviews

Reviews summary

Webaholics’ record is uniformly top-rated but small: 5.0 from 5 reviews. All 5 are on TechBehemoths, with no imported reviews listed; they span 2019-2020 and are all 5-star, with none below 4. Five reviews are an emerging, anecdotal sample, and the newest is over six years old, so this is historical evidence, not a current read on the team.

Most reviewers praise responsive collaboration, including listening to design needs and accommodating revisions. Most also report timely or quick delivery across website redesigns, custom site integration and a global ordering microsite. A few describe multi-year relationships or returning with more work, offering some evidence of ongoing support.

No critical review identifies a recurring problem, but the feedback covers website and custom development work, not the company’s Google Ads focus, and does not state budgets. Ask for a recent reference on a comparable paid-search engagement and how its results were measured.

We have been working with Webaholics for the last two years. They have helped us merge our backend listings server with a custom website. Alyssa Jorgensen has been our client contact. She is detailed, hard working, and always provides on-time and quality service. Would highly recommend!

What can i say? I asked them to do the impossible and they did it! Put together a micro site to facilitate a global ordering platform for us to roll out to one of our customers and got it done in record time. Not to mention all the requests or modifications and tweaks and the answer was always, "yeah we can do that" A great partner indeed. Already working on getting them our next project!

I’ve been working with the Webaholics team for a little over two years. They have been hard-working, responsive and very professional. The work I’m having them do is complicated, and detail intensive. They do excellent work and I’ll be continuing my working relationship with them for years to come.

Highly recommended. We have tried redesigning our website before and it was not a pleasant experience. With Webaholics (working with Chad Marquez) this experience was simple, easy, and left us feeling proud of our new website. They hit every deadline on time, produced amazing work, and went above and beyond in helping us along the way. But what really gave them the fifth star was how they focused on understanding what we really wanted and needed in the design of our website. Our outcome exceeded the expectations of everyone in our company.

Stellar team! Our website turned out great. Gavin and Grant are super responsive and gave important insights throughout the building process that lead to a great final product. It’s obvious that their entire team works collaboratively so I know we’ll be well taken care of in the future with them managing the site.
