- I purchased a plan with them to help with SEO. After a month they stopped communicating with me, did no updates on my website, and sent me drafts of content and would constantly get my profession wrong. They don't take time to get to know the business or what you do. They get your money and do no work! I have disputed the charge with my bank since they have not answered me in weeks! I would never use this company and hope people stay away!
- Had a website designed for me back in May, paid hundreds of dollars and have tried tirelessly to get a response from Emily in order to launch my site. Every time I call the number it hangs up. The good reviews are fake, they are not actually based in L.A. I have been scammed hundreds of dollars and cannot get in touch with ANYBODY. This business is a SCAM.
- NO MORALS. They tried to quote me 5x higher price to create a normal SEO work on my site. I wish i could not have asked them to work on my site. They left me with nothing. I spent 3 grands and got nothing in response. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.
- STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES AND LIARS!!!!! If you ever found their google ad and clicked, but now you are reading reviews, please run away. Their website claims they have 9 out of 10 stars from over 3540 customer, but you will not find more than 10 reviews, 90% of which will be paid. Their company is not USA based, they rented virtual office in LA so if you want to visit them, you can't. Their refund policy does not, go read their terms it is impossible to get refunds. If you ask them about their bad reviews they will say it is from competitors. They take your money and outsource your SEO to India for $50 per month. They have 0 cases to prove they did anything, citing "customer privacy". They stole websites from other companies and claimed it is their design. Ask them for sources to those designs, they can not provide. Again, stay away from this company and find a trusted, local SEO company whose office you can visit.
- A great digital company to work with. I worked with Web and seo hub for a website initially during the start of pandemic. These guys did an excellent job and also gave me complimentary social media marketing with my SEO package as a courtesy to my business. Nathan, Julian, Ali, and Emily are the best people to work with..!
