We Are Performance is an organic growth agency based in Malaysia. We help businesses get found by the people who are actively looking for what they sell, through SEO, GEO, content marketing, and digital PR.

Most of our clients come to us after a bad experience. They paid an agency for a year, got a monthly report full of graphs, and never worked out whether any of it brought in a single customer. That gap is the reason this agency exists.

We work differently in three ways.

We publish our pricing. You can see what an engagement costs before you speak to anyone, so nobody wastes an hour finding out they were never a fit.

We never guarantee rankings. Any agency that promises a number one spot is choosing search terms nobody types, because those are the only ones you can safely promise. We would rather tell you the uncomfortable truth early than sell you something that looks good on a report.

We show our work every month. What we did, why we did it, and what changed as a result. When we buy links on your behalf, you see the actual invoice. Nothing is marked up quietly.

Search is also changing. People now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini the same questions they used to type into Google, and those tools recommend a shortlist of businesses. Getting named in that shortlist runs on the same foundations as ranking well: clear information, real expertise, and a reputation other sites are willing to cite. We build for both at once.
