Profile strength: Average
Average is better than “below average”, but not “good”, at least not on TechBehemoths. Wallaroo Media is one of those companies that might deliver some projects, but are not convincing enough. For this reason, their profile strength is average. Advice: get in touch with Wallaroo Media if you have a great intuition. Otherwise, go the extra mile and find a slightly better ranking company. We have 5,000 strong and excellent ones from a total of 43,000+.

- We hired Wallaroo to help start the launch of our company with social media, website, branding, ads etc... all of it. The first meeting was great. A lot of great promises and they sounded competent to do the job. Much like Zach's review on here, the owners are completely out of the loop of what is going on and unfortunately, there is nothing going on. After paying them $17,000 in 3 months, here's what we got: a partial website (we ended up finishing is up) they have NO business designing websites. Packaging design (we basically designed it ourselves, literally working on it on a laptop on a Friday night showing step by step what we needed done with their “packaging designer” who was more of an intern). They referred us to a local “packaging” manufacturer, of which when we reached out to them, they simply make labels for things like a Coke bottle, yet Wallaroo claimed they were their primary packaging manufacturing go-to company. Weird that they don't even do packaging and never have. They didn't even know what a die line was. Thank God we figured it out by our self that the die line they put together was backwards otherwise we would have had 25,000 packages ($$$$) that would have been wasted with the box not folding correctly and even if it did, the text would have been upside down in certain spots. We did get a few good blog posts and about 20 social media posts. SEO is garbage. Please don't use this company. We have since reached out via email and text to try to get some high-resolution images of our logos that we paid for with no avail. We paid them so much money and we can't get an email with a freaking attached with a high res image. This company is not competent to be doing any of this business. Also, it seems that they are more of a general contractor because in total while working with “Wallaroo Media” we also worked with Bombora and Pouch… who are they because they were not in our business contract and no mentions of third party outsourcing is in the contract… we read it line for line, over and over again. Don’t trust them to do what they say. Stay far away.
- We hired Wallaroo for social media marketing and their daughter company, Bombora, for website development. Our experience with both companies was terrible. The co-founders, Kade and Brandon, were great to work with. However, our projects were not managed directly by the founders. Both of our project leads left Wallaroo for other companies in the middle of our contract. Follow through and communication were poor and Wallaroo/Bombora underdelivered the agreed upon services.
- Wonderful breakfast: fresh pressed juices; bagels, breads, and pastries; eggs, potatoes, sausages; they changed the main breakfast options daily. It was delicious. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I parked my car in their parking lot, and I was later surprised that they charged me $25 for parking. They did not tell me the was a price for parking.
- Wallaroo is straight fire. They kill it and have insanely awesome partners. 10/10 would recommend.
- Don't know much about this place, but I had to go take a photo of one of their employees. They were very courteous and welcoming. Oh, and I liked how their office was laid out.
