They have a great team of experts who were invested in our project, and we felt seen and heard by them

Vrrb helped us with our entire rebranding, which included choosing a new name, designing a new logo, setting a color palette, creating our brand guidelines, and more. We didn’t know where to start with the name, but they took our business goals, incorporated them into their creative process, and came up with a name that made sense for our business. The project also included rebranding our entire website and changing our internal communications to match our new brand.

They had an excellent level of thought leadership and partnership throughout the entire process. They hit all the marks

After our initial discovery to learn the industry, competitive landscape, customer base, and opportunities ahead, we did a thorough naming exploration. We settled on a few finalists and went through a complete identity discovery process to arrive at a look, feel, tone, positioning, name, expression, and tagline to support the company going forward internally and externally. We needed to get this right for employee communications, branding and rebranding, and external constituents, especially the more than 400,000 members nationwide. After settling on a finalist set of names, we did a pretty exhaustive exploration of logo design, color palette, secondary colors, positioning work, iconography, and how it could be expressed across analog and digital channels. Vrrb Branding helped us ensure that we thought of all the situations and potential users to build something flexible, whether it was an icon on a mobile phone for an app or large-scale signage in front of a building. We did a thorough immersion with current employees at all levels and areas of the company. We talked with members, got out into the field, and looked competitively at other hospitality brands and their characteristics. Also, we looked at current trends in naming and branding for consumer-driven brands. Everything set into the process to arrive at Invited. All in all, we looked at different naming constructs and approaches and listed out the pros and cons. It was an exhaustive process — even if we thought a particular territory was less fruitful, we explored it. Vrrb Branding was able to ramp resources quickly, so we did this project in under 10 weeks.

Vrrb has a deep level of expertise in branding

Initially, Vrrb was tasked with reviewing the name of our company and proposing a new one. Then, they redid our logo and updated our visual identity, including the color palette, font, PowerPoint templates, and data sheet templates. They also provided us with sample visual assets for us to scale that visual identity across the rest of our company. Throughout this project, Vrrb did a lot of research and visited one of our industry’s biggest trade shows. They also reviewed a lot of research that other firms had done. Additionally, they held a series of focus groups, small group interviews, and one-on-one interviews with our executives, product stakeholders, engineering stakeholders, and sales team.

Naming & Branding for Financial & Software Services Company

Over a few months, Vrrb did some discovery calls with a number of stakeholders on our end. They asked particular questions to get at the heart of who we are. After that, they did a series of naming exercises, starting with a large pool of possible names. From there, we picked ones that we thought would work well and resonate with our audience. They helped us narrow it down step by step. The project ended with a legal review to make sure there wasn’t too much risk involved and that we could trademark our new name. Once they finalized the name, they also created some brand guidelines and a creative brief for us. These documents included the color scheme, logo, PowerPoint and Google Slides templates, and iconography, among other materials.

Product Name & Branding for IFEC Solutions Company

To start off, we provided Vrrb with our brand guidelines and gave them as much information as we could about our product portfolio. After that, they held internal focus group discussions (FGDs) with our executive leadership and product teams, including our CEO, to get a better understanding of our organization’s needs. From there, the team proceeded with the naming process and worked through multiple options with us. We narrowed down the list and came to a final decision on the new product name. Additionally, they helped us set up a naming workflow process that we could follow in the future. This will help guide our internal teams in the decision making process when naming a new product.

    UX Design for e-Learning Platform

We worked very closely with Vrrb at all stages of the design process. In most cases, we would lay out the technical requirements of whatever page we were designing and send those to Vrrb. Vrrb then interpreted those and came back with wireframes. Sometimes, that meant imagining entirely new interfaces for new functionality in the app. We then discussed those wireframes and shared what we wanted to changed. That led to artwork that we also went through an iterative process to refine. They listened to our feedback and shared their own opinions, which led to final artwork that our developers then took and integrated it into the app. That was the general process we went through with them. There were variations at times because, sometimes, we did the wireframes and they just jumped right into the final artwork. Other times, we weren't doing full pages. We just needed to redo some icons or redesign a particular interface that had already been in the first version or in the beta version. We did some other small projects with them like a general analysis of our website, just to unify not only the navigation, but also to unify different visual elements, color schemes, and so on. We also had them sync through to see how the website could be used in different modes strategically, mobile mode, responsive, and so on. We used them as our full creative agency in the early days.

    WordPress Development for Lighting Manufacturer

We were just looking for an entirely new website so we even had a new URL ready to go. We knew in general what the outline of the website would be. But, Vrrb Interactive pulled it all together, took our concepts, and did the development work. The website was on a WordPress platform. I had two main contacts and then from there, they put together the team on their side. We've had nothing but positive reviews. I wish our original benchmark was higher than it was, but we've just had positive reviews that the website is easy to use. Our target audience includes architects, lighting designers, and engineers. They're looking for a certain aesthetic, and we have vastly improved on that aspect as well.

Web Dev Projects for Digital Marketing Agency

The bulk of their work was in development and engineering. Usually we’d partner with them by bringing them into a project for the discovery phase. We’d typically design the projects and then bring them in as a contractor when it came to build. We worked with them on at least 15 projects. There were a few where we brought them into the design phase as well, but that was less common. Other times, we gave them the entire project and served only as the middleman between them and our client. They were very good at asking the right questions. I very much enjoyed working with them. There were never any surprises because they were so thorough in their preparation. In the consulting industry, expectations from clients can be difficult to meet. There are times when a client would add to the scope after the discovery phase, which made things hairy. Vrrb Interactive understood how to work in that environment. Regardless of the challenges, I can't think of a single instance where they didn't deliver.

WordPress Dev for City Tourism Organization

They started by selecting basic design elements like fonts and colors. Then they moved to development. Our old site was on Drupal, but they migrated the platform to WordPress. The project was divided into several phases and they focused on a new section of the site in each phase. In the middle of the engagement, we became more involved in their work and began filling in images and copy. They’ve continued to support us since the development ended. If I can’t do something, I submit a work order and they finish the job.

Web Dev & Design for Hardware Manufacturer

Vrrb Interactive designed and developed our website. They did coding, execution, and picked hosting. We knew what we needed on the website in terms of functionality, and we were familiar with what our peers in the industry were doing. Vrrb definitely helped to guide us on some of the industry standards. They made sure that things were optimized and ran quickly.

Web Design & Dev for Urgent Care Chain

I didn’t come into the project until after the discovery phase, but Vrrb Interactive has been responsible for creating wireframes and all the site designs. We had an old website, and Vrrb Interactive has migrated everything from the old site to the new one. They’ve added new features, ensured functionality and workflows, and built new landing pages. One of the largest enhancements Vrrb Interactive has made is the ability to display patient wait times in our clinics; they’ve done this through third-party integration. With this feature, users can look up separate clinics and find the number of individuals waiting. The team is currently providing ongoing maintenance work and adding enhancements. We are also redesigning and restructuring our location landing pages. Vrrb Interactive is creating backlinks and breadcrumbs to enhance the website and make it more user-friendly. The website has been built with WordPress, and the team has integrated Yoast SEO and Waitwhile. Vrrb Interactive uses Figma for all of the design work.
