Good designers but lousy execution and unfinished work
I hired Voidweb to build my portfolio website and it cost me a fair amount of money. They promised I would receive a website quote, "you will be proud with", with a promise to be done in 90 days (by contract). The website is a simple portfolio website with two main pages: the services page and the project portfolio page. Unfortunately, instead of three months took them six months to complete it, but hey, they will keep saying every time you complain - Don't worry, your website is done. The communication during the process was very poor, and they often took decisions or made changes without contact. Voidweb doesn't provide any information or a way to monitor the design stage processes. Most of the time, you will be completely blind to what happened with your project. The quality of website building and design work is good, but it takes ages to be completed because of the bad management. I thought I paid professionals to build my website, but instead, I have the project done halfway with many excuses. In the end, the website was transferred without a finalised project gallery page, telling me - quote, ''you know your projects better and can do it yourself''. When I asked for help, Eric (the agency owner) asked me to pay extra if I wanted the project gallery page completed. Don't worry if you are unhappy with their services. The Voidweb owner will email you and put the blame on you for his unorganised work.
