Web Development for Tour Operator
We needed a new website to present our travel tours and to gain assistance with increasing our online presence. The primary goal was to create a more user friendly website than the one we had. After reaching out to several agencies, we selected Vnited for their professionalism. We were impressed after the initial meeting with the Vnited team and liked the quality of their past work examples they showed us. Every phase of the project was planned out and explained to us in detail. There was constant communication and we were included in every step of the process. Right after the website went live we started getting really positive feedback from our clients and partners. After a few months, the website also started to get much more traffic than before. -

We've had many websites done by several web development companies and it's always been a headache to a point where we've always delayed upgrading to the latest look and feel. We had provided them with specific guidelines but still not following what we needed. Websites were either slow, not mobile friendly and hard to maintain. We then found and hired Vnited, went through the different project requirements and the expected timeline. The product delivered was exactly what we were looking for. The website was fast and easy to maintain. All the timelines review, changes and launch were all met. -
Communicative, high-integrity, service-oriented team
We've been working with Vnited since 2019. The founders are attentive to your technical needs and your cultural nuances to gauge the best overall fit. We have a pretty high bar for both and they're always open to feedback and more iterations to get that perfect teammate. Since 2019, our staff's been augmented with a half dozen or so great teammates, and the 4 that are still with us today are valued members of the team. Did a fantastic job to redevelop our web app from scratch
We were looking for a cost effective solution for a fairly complicated build. We'd previously tried developers in Asia but with little success. We often found that cultural and language barriers on both sides were causing serious mistakes and time delays that slowed the project to such an extent that it would have been simpler to hire in the UK. As the owners of Vnited are both from France this was a nice bridge between Western and Asian working styles, and with an experienced team, it allowed us to create clear goals so everyone understood exactly what we are after. The final result didn't disappoint! -
Ecommerce development for F&B startup
We worked with this agency to build a custom e-commerce website to sell organic craft beer online. They provided a team of 2 developers as well as a designer and a Project Manager. Overall it has been a great experience. Right from the beginning they will take the time to carefully define the scope and requirements, then will move on to accurately estimate the time and budget needed for the project. The whole project moved asynchronously with their team in Vietnam. I was a bit worried about the time difference but they have the right tools in place to make sure the communication is smooth and the progress easy to track. In the end the project launched on time and within budget, well done!
