I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to introduce you to Visual Design Inc., a creative design agency dedicated to delivering unparalleled visual design solutions. Our talented team of skilled designers and artists specialize in crafting unique, eye-catching designs tailored to the specific needs of our clients. - PLEASE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS PRIOR TO INITIATING CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY. This company does not deliver on their promises and are the worst at communication. BEWARE! They make you feel as if your bothering them. Who works for who? We are the customer not the other way around. Please do not contact us requesting that we remove this review!
- Please answer my calls, emails, something! I paid you. We paid you believe that you would guide us through the process and make sure we get what we are asking for. I just don’t get it! Why sell me a copyright when I was told after the fact I need a trademark?? That’s why we go to professionals, to get the proper information and guidance! Just not happy with the communication at all😖 Since I posted this review.... no money refunded for the copyright job that was not completed. Why?? His response: There is only one solution to rectify this issue, it's for us to refund you the amount of $195 paid for the copyrights after you delete the reviews as the review. Regards, Richard
- I’m loving it. I don’t know how they read my mind; deliver me exactly the website I thought of. Graphic Designers concepts were amazing, going to place an order for one more e-commerce brand on Visual Design Inc.
- Visual Design Inc is really a one stop shop from start to finish from business plans, logos, websites, apps, business cards, recommendations, etc. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is first class. The turn around time on projects and questions are very impressive. My personal account manager was Steve Wilson. He was patient, polite, he answered my questions, and always made the changes I requested. I highly recommend Visual Design for all your graphic and design needs for your business.
