- Virtual Employee's Interview has been a hard nut to crack. Their tests and screening process seems harder than the ones Google and Cognizant level companies set. I went through 5 rounds of interview and an addition time based online test. It took 2-weeks for them to complete the procedure. Then finally I got an offer letter. The pay is decent and company infrastructure is very nice. The HR and management is very polite so giving a 4 star.
- Wastage of time and money ..small company and management with big nose ..even companies like Google and microsoft does not have such difficult selection procedures..
- I agree with all the comments here regarding the feedback and HR behavior I got called for the interview and they took 3 rounds in 3 days, the person who took my final round (video) the 3rd day told me that the HR will give me my feedback. The next day I was trying to reach HR and found out that she already deleted me from WhatsApp (since all the conversation we had through WhatsApp) and I even tried to call her but all in vain. During corona situation when most of us seriously looking for a job and here these guys are behaving unprofessionally. Virtual Employee Private Limited be professional and don't waste other time if you are not serious with the hiring process or atleast give them feedback. Worst!!
- Fraud company during this corona situation they kept me on LWP for 3 months and when the unlocking started they just asked me to leave the organisation they just make fool of their employees.if you want to work their then you need to sell your self respect and do buttering then only you may survive their. Worst company ever till now i have experience.
- The company is growing good. Overall the atmosphere is chilled out and fun. Lovely people to hang around with. If you are good with your work nobody will ping you unnecessarily. The only negative i experienced is that, focus should be more on employee training and his skills improvise exercises.
