I have attended interview at vinsol from last week friday to this Wednesday for experienced Android Developer . 1st round was One excercise they have given on friday to develop a app within 2 days(before Monday) and i have developed that that app with all functionality whatever mentioned in excercise(100%) and sent project, then 2nd round was puzzle and technical round, they asked 2 puzzle i have solved one and 2nd one was really tough(a man has 3000 Bananas and one camel) even i asked to intervwer can you explain the answer of 2nd questions he didn't explained and then he asked 5 basic programming questions related to java and Android and i answered all of them. After 1 day they informed me like you are not slected ,when i asked the reason they are not replying. I think they are not able to solve this logic so they arrange interview so that before monday they should get the working code. Really really pathetic company they have wasted my time and effort. My suggestion is if they will take 1st round as assignment/excercise please dont do because if they will get the code they will not select you.

Another wanna be Infosys. Their strategy is simple : find people who'll work for pennies and make profit out of them.

Great place for the freshers to learn the fast-changing technologies and get started with building medium to large scale web applications. Freshers get just enough time to get used to things and start implementing on real projects. Most of the work is done in Ruby on Rails while front-end frameworks, Spree, and mobile technologies are also common here. Yes, the CEO of the company is handling most of the recruitment process and other HR things himself but that hardly had any bad impact on me. I cracked it. Speaking from a 7-year experience. Once you get hired, the only important thing to remember is that "Stay Highlighted". Work smart but don't let it go unnoticed. Politics is dirty here. But again, most companies have such issues. If you are good at programming, you can have a good life here. I was unsung for most of my career here. That hurt me financially (a bit) but I lived a dream of a life.
