- Ordered ONE shirt on 2/6/20. I wanted to wear it on Valentine’s Day. Today is Valentine’s Day. IT HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET!!! Money cleared my credit card right away, but when I contact customer service, I’m told 5-8 business days for “processing”(nowhere on the site does it say that) and then a week or more to ship!!!! And once you start asking questions about why it takes so long and where your item is, they stop responding to your emails. I had $500 worth of clothes in my cart, waiting to see how I liked the fit on the first shirt. I emptied the cart. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY NOT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!!!
