- I paid this guy 5,000.00 dollars to design a paint store web site for me and when we asked why it was taking months to produce anything he said he was billing us for his time. I should have sued him for violations of the ohio consumer sales practices act, but I was too busy. Do not patronize this guy or his business. He showed me a fishing lure web site he said he made and got me hooked.
