The most impressive part of their company was both the willingness to go the extra mile and the other was to really understand our offering. Their customer service and communication far exceeded what we were used to and often went the extra mile by working on areas they saw would aid us even if not previously spoken about. Whilst making themselves always available to speak to. Similarly they really took the time to understand what we do whilst using their experience to create what is an amazing site. Often as owners of a business you want to work with people that care about what you are doing and buy into your vision. From day one this is what they were doing.
