We partnered with URSolution on a 4-month initiative to tailor a construction project management platform to better align with our day-to-day site operations and internal workflows. The engagement focused on building a centralized dashboard for project oversight, integrating time-tracking and payroll systems, and enabling real-time communication between field teams and office staff. URSolution also created mobile modules for site reporting, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination, with offline syncing capabilities for remote job sites. URSolution’s technical team was highly competent and professional. They took the time to understand the specific needs of the construction industry and delivered solutions that genuinely improved our efficiency. Collaboration was smooth, and they maintained strong communication throughout the project, providing regular updates, prototypes, and user training ahead of rollout. Why 3 Stars for Budget? While we were pleased with the final product and overall quality of work, the project did exceed our original budget by approximately 20%. Some of the added costs were due to change requests on our end, but a few scope-related items that we believed were included ended up being billed as add-ons. This created some friction during the middle of the engagement. To URSolution’s credit, they remained transparent about costs and provided detailed breakdowns upon request. However, we would have appreciated more proactive discussions around how change requests and adjustments would impact the budget before proceeding with the work. Despite this, we do believe the investment delivered solid long-term value for our operations.

We engaged URSolution for a one-time, 5–6 month project aimed at strengthening our bank’s digital authentication and security framework.
