Great company , great people . It was my please to work with UkrInSofT . They always think out of the box and help us deliver our projects . Their passion and commitment is something that's hard to find in Offshore dev companies - UkrInSofT is an owner-managed software development company I've worked with for more than 10 years. For large projects, we had basically dedicated software developers over a long period of sometimes several years, for smaller projects, we again had no direct contact with the developers, but have the goals agreed with managers depending on the project. As usual with outsourcing, there were some problems with understanding or miscommunication here and there, but we always found a good solution. Even if it was not necessary, we even visited the UkrInSofT team once in L'viv, matching the World Cup.
