- Uberall looks like an amazing company but I still don't understand why you'd invite someone for an interview and never contact them again, even after I sent several emails to the interviewer to inquire about the status of my recruitment. It's really not the best way to treat people and such behaviour gives me concerns about the company and work culture. (I am also hoping that my race and nationality has nothing to do with this treatment as well)

- Berlin: If you are falling for their very exciting work culture video content, please don't fall, you deserve better. I had a very very disappointing experience with this company as an applicant. There is no intercommunication between, HR and Hiring manager, and senior manager. There is HR, he is totally pathetic. his language and the way he talks is kind of racist. He doesn't care about followup or professionalism, After talking to him, feeling like he is the one who does office politics. The senior manager approached me in linkedIn, forwarded me to their internal recruitment. Their recruiter scheduled a call, and later an interview. this is their standard process, throughout the application process I feel like they treat your application as an option. The worst thing I felt, there lies, they said, they have an international team, In case even your profile is not perfectly matching still they approach and in the end, they will send you rejection because you are profile is not 100% matching. please if anyone contacted from UBERALL, don't take it seriously, look for other options like, they are fooling you. They hire by your face, There hiring process is a kind of lottery base.
