TwinTeams Verified Company

TwinTeams is an Australian company that builds long-term engineering teams in Vietnam for one customer at a time. A team starts at five senior engineers on a twelve-month minimum. We recruit each engineer for your specific roles, you interview and approve every hire, and the team works inside your repositories, your ceremonies and your standards from the first week.

The engineers are employed, paid and equipped by us through our hubs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. What they are not is shared: nobody on your team works for another customer, and nobody rotates off to a different account. Product knowledge stays where you paid for it to accumulate.

Before you meet a candidate they have cleared the same four checks: English language verification, a background check, a technical assessment, and a face to face interview with you. That last one is not optional on our side. Nobody joins your team without your approval.

The fixed five is a tech lead, three engineers and QA. That is the smallest group we have found that carries its own delivery capacity: it has redundancy, it reviews its own code, and it holds context when someone is away. From there you add what the work needs, whether that is DevOps, UI and UX, data and AI, a delivery lead or a product owner. We suggest one lead for every five hands-on engineers and settle the ratio with you during the proposal.

The model comes from our own history. LogicalCube, our parent company, built and ran teams like this to deliver web platforms and financial trading systems, then turned the playbook into a product. Sydney and Singapore handle the commercial side: one provider, one contract, one invoice.

Contracts are in your jurisdiction and billing is in your currency. If what you need is one freelancer for a six week build, a marketplace is the right tool and we are the wrong one. This model is for companies whose roadmap has outgrown the team they can hire locally.
