Tsiber Verified Company

Tsiber is the software architecture practice of Pavel Tsiber, a software architect based in Prague. The work is carried out by the architect himself: there is no account layer between the client and the person who writes the code and answers for the decisions.

Three kinds of request arrive here. A system that still earns money but has grown expensive to touch — it gets read, mapped, and rebuilt in small reversible steps while production stays live throughout. A project that stopped moving and has a date attached to it — one end-to-end path to production gets chosen and walked to the end. A landscape of systems that have to speak to each other — the seam is built so that it holds, and so that it shows whose side gave way when something breaks.

Twenty years of that, across banking, oil and gas, retail, vending hardware under state traceability rules, and mobile games. In five of those areas the responsibility was end-to-end: architecture, code, delivery, and the production incident at night.

Usual shapes of an engagement: an architectural diagnostic that ends with a map of the system and a price on each expensive place; legacy modernization run as a sequence of reversible steps; technical due diligence before an acquisition, where the code gets read rather than the story about it; and a fractional CTO arrangement for teams that need one technical decision instead of two retellings.
