CLIENTS BEWARE: Recently worked with Troy Web to price out two development projects for my non-profit agency. After considerable time working with Mark and Anthony about the scope of the project, they presented us with a proposal that was 400% higher than the other proposal we received from a similar firm. Although they had expressed a willingness to support our work and work with us around the cost of the projects, we found their pricing extraordinarily HIGH! Upon further investigation, we discovered that some of our partners had similar experiences with their firm over the years. They seem professional and skilled, but unless you are looking to spend SIGNIFICANTLY MORE than market price for web projects, I recommend NOT WORKING WITH TROY WEB CONSULTING.

Troy Web took over the maintenance and service contract for our in depth healthcare career information and job posting website. Their ability to seamlessly take ownership, clean up and bring our site into a stable wordpress environment was done not only quickly, but also flawlessly. During our time with Troy Web, a number of updates and additional features were required to be built. They were not only able to build these aspects, but also to correct past build issues in the process making the site more reliable on a daily basis. In the last 6 months of their service we didn’t experience any unforeseen downtime with our website, which is extremely important to the function of our site for those that access and use it on a daily basis.
