Timerise designs and builds booking software that belongs to the client. A clinic, a consulate, a retail chain or a festival gets a system made for the way it takes bookings, and at the end of the project it receives the full source code, the data and the documentation. There is no monthly licence and no fee per booking.
We know booking from the inside. In 2021 we launched our own booking platform and ran it in production for years. That taught us which parts every booking system needs and where they usually fail: availability rules, calendar sync, payments and deposits, reminders, kiosks and screens in the venue, invoicing, and integrations with CRM or ERP. Today each of those parts is a tested module, published as an open Agent Skill, and we assemble new systems from them on the client's own stack.
A project starts with a short brief. Within 48 hours the client sees a clickable prototype and gets a fixed quote, before signing anything. The build takes 2 to 3 weeks, and most projects go from kickoff to production in 6 to 8 weeks. Prices are fixed per project, usually between $15,000 and $50,000. The price includes data migration from the current booking tool, deployment to the client's cloud or ours, and three years of support after delivery.
Our work includes visit booking for the Consulate General of Ukraine, with more than 50,000 visits; boutique appointments for a luxury cosmetics brand in more than 40 boutiques; session booking for an online psychotherapy platform; and attendee registration for a startup festival, launched in two days.
