    I worked for Thrive events for about 1 1/2 years, and learned alot along the way. The program that they have is designed to get you into a management type role quickly, and gain alot of management experience in a short time, but it is not for everybody.The office environment is definitely different than anywhere else I have worked, it was awesome, and I miss it! Now I have not worked for Thrive events for a while, but I wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for the experience I gained when I was with them. This is my honest opinion, if you are looking for an easy job, this might not be for you. It can be hard work and the turnover rate with the company is high. BUT If you are looking to progress quickly in your professional career, you can work hard, and you want to gain a ton of management experience, then this IS something you want to get involved with. Hope this helps!

    Do not apply. When I was an intern for them it was the worse time ever. Even though I did tried my best to give it a chance. In the few 3 weeks that I was there, three people left/got fired which explains why they are ALWAYS hiring. The executive is not who she makes herself appear to be. Took me off a whole week of work claiming it was for me to "rethink why I was working there and what I really want to learn". I answered those questions at the three interviews I had with them but I guess that was not enough. I felt that I was not wanted so I did myself a favor and left. It felt like working for McDonald's. Spend like a total of 1 hour washing dishing and standing for hours straight. I felt prejudged and unwanted. This was my experience. Each to their own.

    I have worked with Thrive Events for a little while now and I actually have the best time coming into work. Its such a positive atmosphere and the employees make that possible. I love being able to depend on who I work with and help each other make the week days go smooth. It really is the definition of a team oriented work place.
