- Brian is Outstanding. I highly recommend working with Brian Rugg to develop your website and Bobbi Baehne to set up your social media presence. A few years ago the Illinois Small Business Center recommended that I talk with Think Big Go Local about my marketing and website creation. Brian was Fantastic to work with. I knew what I wanted my new website to ‘feel’ like, and Brian was able to take my limited information and create a personalized website that I loved. Brian worked patiently with me to build my website, and, when it was done, taught me the basics of how to make my own changes. Recently I had some questions about the website and Brian made me feel like he had all the time in the world just for me. Brian’s knowledge, creativity, patience, ability to turn my vague idea into a beautiful website…just outstanding. As Brian was creating my website, Bobbi was linking my FaceBook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc together so they would have a cohesive feel. Bobbi coached me how to set up a schedule to make best use of the social media. And it was her creative help that aided me in finding a name for my business. Both Bobbi and Brian at Think Big Go Local were a joy to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Specifically, Think Big Go Local created a QR code for my direct marketing letters that potential clients receive in the mail. The QR code allows potential clients to instantly scan the code and connect with me directly thru my Facebook Business page. The messenger bot allows both new and current clients to interact with my business, getting answers to theirs question, all the while I am busy in court. The messenger bot has increased my sales and allowed me to gain new clients each and every month. If you aren't using a messenger bot to grow your business, I highly recommend it and the services at Think Big Go Local. This is a 5 star quality company!!!!
