We are also straightforward about the limits. We collect publicly accessible data, respect the limits a target site sets, and if there is good reason not to collect something at all, we say so before you have paid for it.

The same applies to what a dataset contains - fill rates, duplicates and decay are things we tell you up front rather than let you discover later.
