FAILED PROJECT: personal website creation, admin and website optimization for QUILTINGONATHREAD.COM, beginning in January 2026 Well, I guess they thought I would just drop it, after they promised a partial refund on their promised 100% Satisfaction and 100% Money-back guarantees. I've waited over TWO MONTHS for the promised refund and have written several emails asking what happened to the promised refund. Now getting no response...not even the dishonest excuses that first came. Back story, after posting my original review here on TrustPilot, I was contacted and eventually offered a 50% refund and the bits of work product (useless as it was) IF I WOULD REMOVE MY REVIEW HERE. I agreed because 50% is slightly better than a complete loss. Well, two months, no refund and this after the rather questionable demand that my truthful review be taken down...I am no less dissatisfied with this dispicable company and far more offended by their inability to perform and their audacity. JUNE 29, 2026 I wasn't going to write a bad review, but this company will not honor their money back guarantee and has subjected me to emotional blackmail and bullying as I tried to terminate the non-performing service agreements. Things started out great, and the project manager filled his mouth with flattery and promises. I was upsold for services that will never be performed because THERE'S NO WEBSITE to perform them on. For the first several months things seemed to be going well, but SLOW. Any data I provided on their forms were haphazardly applied...sometimes the copy or output sent to me for review seemed completely unrelated to my input to their own forms. But a few back and forth and things were coming along. Most of these quirks were explained away as a language barrier. By the time a demo website was made available, the communications with the project team was like pulling teeth. They scheduled calls and didn't follow through. They promised corrections that never occurred. Finally, on June 1st, 2026 the project manager and I had a call with directions to accomplish the next 3 changes needed. He promised a call on June 4th to check these changes and discuss the next changes. That call never came. I waited until Jun 16th and checked the demo website ... Nothing. Had. Been. Done. I've since written a letter terminating all service agreements and requesting they honor their guarantees and refund my money. A great amount of run around, text messages, even a word-vomit of a proposal to fix this ordeal with the promise to honor the refund under our "prior covenants", which acknowledges that a refund is due to me. However, no refund has been received. Part of the run around was a fearful call from the project manager telling me he was going to lose his job if this project was terminated. He's still working there. This was just manipulation and emotional blackmail. This manipulative communication was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable on every possible level. If you like drama, lack of performance, and manipulative behavior THIS IS YOUR TEAM.
