- Horrible place to work. Understaffed and no real leadership. They bark orders at you and don't care how things get done as long as they get done

- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Delaware Online/News Journal/Gannett charged me for 3 months without the delivery of a single newspaper and would not issue a refund. They have no records of delivery and have told me that even though they reached into my bank account and charged me for a service they did not deliver, they have no intention of returning they money they stole. Completely crooked - do not trust these dishonest thieves!
- The paper itself it OK. I guess one has to say that when it's the "only one in town". However, when calling regarding a carrier issue, speaking with an automated voice is NOT acceptable. The Wilmington Delaware area is small- or should I say compact enough- that a human voice could be used to much better advantage. Surely, the "bottom line" of your paper can stand to employ one more human...
