The DM Lab, short for The Digital Marketing Laboratory, is a small team with a big focus on great design, effective digital marketing and, most importantly, results.

We don’t believe in tying clients into long-term contracts. Instead, we focus on doing good work and giving people a reason to keep working with us.

Our approach is flexible, so we can adapt as your business, priorities and budgets change. We work with you to set realistic goals and make sure the work we’re doing is moving you towards them.

A focus on return on investment

When our clients see results, the relationship naturally grows. That might mean increasing activity, exploring new opportunities or simply continuing to build on what’s already working.

We also understand that choosing a new marketing partner can feel like a risk. That’s why, for some new clients, we offer an introductory package where you only cover the advertising costs for the first 6–8 weeks. We’ll create and manage the campaigns, giving you the opportunity to see what we can achieve before making a bigger commitment.

Our director, Chris, is a trustee at a local art gallery where 100% of profits go to charity, and we’re proud to support a local veterans’ support centre. Supporting local organisations and the people behind them is something that matters to us.
