(TBI) as a BigCommerce-certified website developer nearly three years ago. Initially, we were attracted to TBI because of their technical expertise and per-hour fees, which are very reasonable, especially in comparison with US companies. But as the business climate changed, primarily due to the Pandemic, our gallery needed to be even more nimble and adaptable. We found TBI a very responsive and creative partner in dealing with our changing needs. Le Freak Art Salon is now a ‘web-based-only art gallery thanks to The Brihaspati Infotech Pvt. Ltd. - Great work done on our website by Kunal and his team! We had a lot of edits and changes we needed to make during the post-design and beginning part of our website development. TBI patiently understood and implemented each of these edits. I was very impressed by their continued enthusiasm and flexibility in helping us after the initial deliverables were concluded. - Got in contact with this company to make a framing module for Magento 2. What they described and showed on their website was great. Now after 6 months, all I got is a slow modul, that takes almost 40 seconds to add a frame to a image. They told me to move to another server, so I dig, still the same slowly module. Then they told me to upgrade to a faster server.... what is the solution here? Just to keep thowing money after a bigger server or to make a code that actually works???? I do NOT recommened this company for customized solutions.
