Super friendly team and brilliant delivery
The team at Th-ey have been fantastic in terms of speed, quality, and flexibility. We've worked with many 3-rd party developers in the past and we were very impressed by how independent they were compared to our previous experiences. We had limited resources in the product and design space and the Th-ey developers did a lot of problem solving without our hand-holding. They flexed the size and seniority of their team to match the project needs switching between a thin senior team vs. a larger junior one depending on whether they needed more architecture resource or to speed up delivery speed. The team was staffed with their own designer and QA allowing them to optimise their own internal working practices and deliver an enormous amount of value at great speed.
