Tezcode is a Tashkent-based software studio that blends custom engineering with practical, applied AI. We came together in 2024 around one idea: good software is measured by the operational problem it removes, not by how it looks in a pitch.

Sixteen specialists work under one roof: business analysts, product designers, backend and frontend engineers, mobile developers, QA, and DevOps. Together we carry a project the whole way, from the first discovery conversation to a running, supported product. Our core stack is Next.js and NestJS for web and React Native for mobile, and the things we build range from point-of-sale and retail systems to CRM and ERP platforms, Telegram-based tools, and desktop apps.

Our difference is that automation, analytics, and intelligent assistants sit in the architecture from the very first sprint instead of being added at the end. Because of that AI-native foundation, the products we hand over start saving manual effort as soon as they are switched on.

We also run our own product lines, which keeps our standards honest: RAOS (an offline-first POS and retail platform), ClinicaGo (a clinic management CRM), WorkControl (workforce productivity), WeWatch (a social watch-party service), and MaxSavdo (a Telegram-native store builder for small sellers).
