We used Teliqon’s Cloud PBX to set up phone support in six countries. All virtual numbers, no offices, no complicated onboarding. We just needed a way for our VAT clients to call a local number and get through to someone in their language. Teliqon gave us that and more. Their IVR was easy to set up, and we could route calls by language and team availability. Our support agents are in three different time zones, but calls still land in the right place. The call quality was great, the dashboard made sense, and their support team helped us get started quickly. Honestly, it solved a real issue for us.
