The team has delivered the design in under a month, and all deadlines have been met. Everything has been done above what we expected, and the project management has been straightforward. Elena has done a great job setting up and running the meetings, which never run over the allotted time; if a meeting is set up for 10 minutes, it takes 10 minutes, and we're done. Techtose uses Basecamp for collaboration and discussion. We also use Slack, email, and Zoom for meetings. I like a company that doesn’t try to scam; if they come under budget, they say so. The meetings would be a good example since keeping someone on the phone for an hour is easiest. On our first meeting, we had set up a four-hour meeting and finished in two hours;Techtose told us they didn't need anything else. The team is honest and doesn't try to take advantage of us. We had an initial budget, but we've come under budget by almost half because of how quickly they've worked. -

They've used Python, a flat API structure for the backend, React for frontend development, and AWS for cloud management. On the platform, our customers can simulate phishing and social engineering attacks. The app has a dashboard that presents several statistics, such as how many employees fell for the attack and which strategies worked. Everything has been perfect from the start. Techtose has been knowledgeable, and the designers and deliverables have been great. The team has delivered excellent mock-ups, and the layouts are nice. Everything has flowed, and there hasn't been a big back-and-forth. On the first run, they gave us two choices. We picked one, told them to put some elements of the other option in the one we chose, and tweaked some colors. Everybody on our team loved it and was in agreement about the design. Since we have experience in the field, we don't need as much handholding, and Momentum Design Lab has accommodated us quite nicely. If there's something they're trying to explain that we already know, they stop what they're doing and move on to the next thing. We don't want to waste any time, and they've been great at that. We've packaged what we needed, and the team has delivered exactly that. Providers can add fluff to help clients understand the design layout. Still, since we already had the experience, we didn't need that information, so they've given us a package deal specifically for our needs. Moreover, the team has provided more than we requested, such as the user personas. We thought we didn’t need certain steps, but they've done them anyway. Once the MVP is launched, we’ll go back to them to design the mobile app. -

Techtose has designed and developed my website using WordPress based on a basic version I had previously created. The initial version I made wasn't professional, and the team provided recommendations for the site's design and company slogan. Techtose has also helped me design my logo because I initially had an unappealing logo. Before working with Techtose, I had meetings with multiple suppliers. I noticed these companies had an old-school approach to design, and the outcome wasn't outstanding and didn't meet my expectations. I also work with a different design company that always asks what I want instead of providing suggestions. However, sometimes customers don't know what they want. This company works based on my suggestions, and if I change my idea, they need to change the design model and charge more. Techtose's team is very creative and provides good design suggestions. -

I’m impressed with how flexible and capable the Techtose team is.
Techtose provides us with ongoing development work for our web app. They work with our internal development team and help us with front- and backend development, DevOps, and product management. When the project started, the app's backbone was already there, so they studied the existing codebase. They've used Python, a flat API structure for the backend, React for frontend development, and AWS for cloud management. On the platform, our customers can simulate phishing and social engineering attacks. The app has a dashboard that presents several statistics, such as how many employees fell for the attack and which strategies worked. Users can also distribute education and content to their employees through the app. They can also configure surveys to question why they fell for the attack tests, and then the dashboard can generate analytics about the answers. -
New Website Redesign for Boutique Publisher
Techtose Software Solutions built out a custom admin panel that provided easy editing and other content capabilities. They also created a customized reseller account for me, so that every time I need to create a reseller account, I can do it on my own. Everything has been addressed in a timely manner: there’s good communication, easy access through email and phone, good availability -- I mean, we’ve even spoken on the weekends! We had interviewed other website developers as well, but it seemed like they had their own way they wanted things done, and they weren’t necessarily wanting a collaboration. We were very specific in not wanting a WordPress website, so we needed to narrow it down to someone who could handle different types of websites and understood how to be collaborative.
