- Is not as you said.they will be spooling our future.yes i am the one those to without any reason given to me and saying you are not consider as a employer.whenever i was joining company at 1 st january that time hr/mentor was saying that we firstly take only training after 2-3 month completion training they will give me live project gor check our performance and give training score.but before they will give any project pandemic quarantine coming that's why they was not given me any but they can be given to me virtually/online but they can't.after 3 month hr called me and says your training score is low that's why we will not consider as a employer. I demand to report card but hr says i haven't and i said to after giving live project you are judged methen why without given any live project or task judge me which based you judged.hr said that we are not actual report card but you are not good enough.without given any valid result they was fired me. So before join company think once and clarify to those thing. Because this company only big by status but actualy spoiler employees life

- Big infrastructure:5 storeyed build with 2 floor of basements for parking Work: Nice company to start your career as they train you from very beginning. Environment: Work culture is friendly and seniors are always helpful.
- This company is best in terms Of HR policy and political working as they have one HR policy that they can change any policy whenever they want. So No one has rights to ask about anything. Even If you ask then you voice will be doomed by your senior hierarchy as they are a junior of their senior instead of a leader of their junior. They have changed their last best policy - 5 days working policy and now they have forced all SSEs to come on 2nd and 4th Saturday, and when anyone asks the reason they had answer like this is for our progress, our benefits. Rubbish one I ever heard. Now they are very concerned towards the employees health, so they have asked all to take health insurance. So that they can show to govt. an other companies that their all employees have health insurance. They have changed gratuity policy also, now the benefits tatvasoft is giving is very huge. Like, political study, HR and seniors who can force you for any policy change compulsory as your senior is firstly a junior of his senior regardless of what’s right or wrong. No one will notice anything even if you complaint or ask.
- Very good company with powerful HR policies towards client and higher posting managers. Full of politics, excellent leave policy in which you have to ask to client and then company for leave, like office windows one by one. Caring towards employee’s health like, no facilities for work from home in the Corona spreading dangerous environment, no hand napkins in office premises, dirty washrooms etc. They will learn and apply only those policies and rules by which they can earn more, not the one which would be beneficial for all employees or their families. Like, for quartered leave policy they will cut the money on full day basis no leave remains, won't give the money on year end on full day basis there they will apply basic salary. Very dedicated company who don’t care about employee regarding anything and always will think and do which will be profited in terms of money. In their so called peaceful environment, and employee can grow so much that he can bear anything after that if he can bear this one.
