Takefi is a Moscow-based product engineering partner for companies building intelligent hardware and connected devices. We work with founders, product teams and industrial businesses that need senior engineering capacity without assembling every discipline in-house.

Our work starts before schematics or code. We help clarify product requirements, technical risks, target cost and the path from a demonstrator to repeatable production. The same team can then cover system architecture, complex electronics, embedded firmware, backend and OTA infrastructure, AI integration, industrial design and manufacturing preparation.

Takefi is especially useful when a product combines several hard domains: voice interfaces, computer vision, BLE, Zigbee, Matter, Wi-Fi or mmWave sensing; constrained embedded platforms; cloud services; custom acoustics; or automated testing. We support EVT, DVT and PVT, DFM/DFA reviews, component and supplier selection, BOM and COGS optimization, factory test strategy, pilot builds and production ramp-up.

Our engineers have product experience behind consumer devices and smart-home systems associated with Mail.Ru, VK and Xiaomi. That background shapes a practical approach: identify expensive mistakes early, keep requirements traceable, measure readiness at every gate and design for the realities of sourcing and assembly.

We are not a general-purpose body shop. Takefi is best suited to technically demanding engagements where a client needs accountable product ownership, direct access to experienced engineers and a clear route to manufacturing. Projects are scoped individually; typical engagements start at USD 25,000. International clients are welcome, and delivery can be organized around the legal and operational structure appropriate for a larger program.
