SyncSpark is a one-person Canadian agency working with small businesses and Shopify merchants in Metro Vancouver and across Canada.

The premise is simple. Buyers used to find a business by searching Google and clicking a result. Increasingly they ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews instead, and the business named in that answer is the one that gets the call. Most small businesses have no idea whether they appear in those answers at all, and no way to find out.

We work both sides of that gap. Traditional SEO still drives most traffic today, so titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, page speed and crawlability get done properly first. On top of that sits answer engine optimization: structured content, entity signals and question-shaped pages that make a business legible to a language model rather than only to a search crawler. We build our own measurement tooling to check whether a change actually moved an AI citation, instead of assuming that it did.

For Shopify merchants the same work extends into the store itself. Product page SEO, schema, trust signals and conversion fixes, audited and shipped directly on the live store rather than handed over as a report that someone else has to implement.

We also manage Google Ads for businesses that want a paid channel run properly without an agency taking a percentage of their spend. Flat monthly fee, stated up front, with landing pages built in house so the same budget buys more clicks and better ones.
