- I tried working with Supplyant for a few months, during that time they totally failed to achieve anything of any significance with our campaigns. The only impact was achieved by creating a PPC campaign on my brand name in an effort to bring the average ppc costs down. The main resource on my account, I never spoke to them, I found out later they were based in the Philipines and being recharged at a huge markup. I have since hired this sort of resource directly and got much more for a lot less. I have since found out that they continued to bill me for a service, incorrectly and for a service that was not being provided. The directors refused to deal with this situation professionally. Ironically it was one of their own incompetent staff who inadvertently made me aware that I was being ripped off by them. There are a lot better and a lot more honest resources out there. Perhaps times are tough for this company which is why they are choosing to be so underhand.
