I engaged Super Stars Promotion in Nigeria to run a media campaign aimed at boosting awareness and engagement for my platform. After making the required payments, not only did I see no positive results, but communication from the agency deteriorated significantly. Despite numerous follow-ups via email, their responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked any accountability for the lack of progress.
