- Superb! They redesigned our website from the ground up. We are thrilled with the final product. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and really took the time to understand what we wanted. We appreciated the interest they took in understanding who we are and what we needed. And they were great at translating the tech jargon into plain language that we could understand so that we could work together to achieve the best result. We started by talking about our law firm, who we serve, and our communication goals. We worked through some iterations until we had exactly what we wanted. The folks at Simpatico are extremely organized, efficient and diligent. We never had to wait on them. They had mock ups ready for us to review and, if anything, we had trouble keeping up with them! When we later had a few tweaks to make, they did them immediately. Precisely what you want in a web designer. Many thanks to Tamara, Bruce and the rest of the team!
