Stack Logic is a technical consultancy for businesses whose systems have stopped talking to each other. Most of the work is integration and custom development: getting a CRM, a delivery platform, a finance system and whatever bespoke database the business has quietly built along the way to pass data between them without somebody re-keying it by hand.

Off-the-shelf connectors get you a certain distance. They stop at the point where your process no longer looks like everybody else's, which for most growing companies is fairly early. Past that point the work is custom: APIs, webhooks, middleware, scheduled jobs, custom-coded actions inside the platforms themselves, and migrations where the mapping is the hard part rather than the transfer. We write the code, host it where it makes sense, document it, and hand it over in a state somebody else could pick up.

Alongside the integration work we build and rebuild on HubSpot and monday.com, the two platforms we know deepest. That combination matters on integration projects, because when a deal moves from the sales system into delivery there is one supplier accountable for both ends rather than two pointing at each other across the join.

The approach is process first. Automating on top of a process that is not settled just paints over the same cracks, so engagements open with a fixed-price audit: what systems you have, what is actually being used, where the data really lives, and what the process is meant to do in the first place. That audit is usually where the licence and subscription savings turn up, ahead of any build. Anything we then build goes into a sandbox on dummy data and is tested by the people who will use it before it touches live.

Typical clients are companies that have grown faster than the systems underneath them: a CRM full of duplicates, workflows built by someone who left two years ago, three tools holding three versions of the same customer record, and a leadership team running the real numbers out of a spreadsheet because they do not trust the reporting.

The client base is deliberately small. The person who audits your systems is the person who writes the code, so you are not re-explaining your business to someone new every few months. Work runs as fixed-price phases with a clear deliverable at the end of each, and an optional monthly retainer for support and iteration once things are live.
