We have shipped consumer mobile product used by millions of people, property management software and a health platform that keeps patient data in sync with doctors. The through-line is careful engineering and clear communication in a working relationship that continues after launch. Serving a client well means powering product evolution through business needs such as new features and refinements based on how people actually use it rather than a one-time handoff.
