Spaceberry is a 20+ person product design studio that works with teams building complex software. SaaS platforms, B2B web products, and mobile apps where the hard part is not how it looks but how it works.

Our clients sit across the UK, the Gulf, and the US region: fintech, proptech, healthcare, retail, hospitality, public sector. Companies we have worked with include Abyat, Arab Bank, Elle, Meta Motors, and Puls (gov.ua). Most come to us with a product that has outgrown its original design, or with something new that needs to be right before engineering time goes into it.

We hire product thinkers rather than pure designers. Everyone here designs, but that is the starting point, not the whole job. The person on your project can run user interviews, push back on your roadmap, and sit with your developers to check that what we drew can actually be built. Several of them write code. When an idea is easier to judge working than static, we build it working, from scratch, instead of sending over another Figma link. We use AI across the whole process, from research synthesis to prototyping, and it is a large part of why we move at the pace we do.

We stay small on purpose. We would rather be the sharpest team you work with than the biggest. Every engagement includes a dedicated project manager and a design lead.

Two ways to work with us.

A monthly design partnership, for teams that need product design capacity without hiring for it. Each month starts by agreeing what we are going to ship and what it is worth to your business, rather than by counting hours. Priorities are set before the cycle begins, work lands in sprints, and at the end of the month we review it against what we said we would deliver.

A fixed-price project, for a defined piece of work with a clear end. Redesigns, new product launches, research and validation before a build. Scoped and priced on the outcome, not on a day rate.
