SourceWell is a Prague recruitment agency that places contract IT specialists inside client engineering teams and recruits permanent staff across Europe. We have been doing this since 2012, and the IT staff augmentation side of the business has run since 2017.

The model is straightforward. We source a technical specialist, contract them through their own registered B2B entity, which is the standard arrangement across Central and Eastern Europe, and bill the client for days worked at an agreed day rate under a statement of work. The specialist joins the client team and works inside it. Nobody joins anybody's payroll, and the client can scale the team up or down without the commitment of a permanent hire.

Day rates for Czech and CEE technical specialists generally sit between 280 and 600 EUR, with most mid level engineering roles landing near 350 EUR. Initial engagements for smaller companies and startups commonly run between 6,000 and 8,500 EUR. We publish these numbers because a buyer pricing an engagement deserves a figure before getting on a call, and very few agencies in this market will give one.

Alongside staff augmentation we run executive search by direct approach, contingency recruitment on a success fee basis, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor managed solutions, outplacement and employer branding.

We recruit across IT and technology, multilingual shared services, sales and marketing, HR and office services, finance and banking, supply chain and procurement, and engineering and scientific roles. We deliver in the Czech Republic, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary, Ukraine and Spain.

We are a small team based in Prague 1, which means clients deal directly with the consultants doing the work rather than with an account manager relaying messages. Roughly half our clients are enterprises, with the remainder split between mid market companies and small businesses.
