- I contacted SOTO about revamping my law firm website because I was very impressed with the website they designed for another law firm. It was a great choice. I was very pleased with the websites SOTO created for Tony Brown Employment Law and Tony Brown Notary Public. I was particularly pleased with their grasp of what I was trying to achieve with the changes to the Employment website, their clear explanation during the process of what they were doing and their ability to clear the hurdles I sometimes presented. I would be very happy to recommend SOTO and, of course, to go back to them for anything else I need.
