- The response time is incredible. Requested content updates are live within hours if it's not a redesign of the entire page/tab content. They are willing to train my clients' employees to update news & events sections of the websites themselves or the Sommers team will do it - based on the clients' budget and preference. When they handle press releases, they create personalized messages and follow up for better response than I have time to work on. I work w/ a couple other web companies and Sommers is the most efficient. Same day response instead of 3-4 days. Helpful, pleasant staff. Lower prices than some other website developers. I highly recommend them.
