SolveServe Group was founded by Hirunkul Phimsiri, a former AI Software Engineer at Cariva (a Thai medical AI startup backed by PTT, Thailand’s largest oil company, and BDMS, one of the region’s largest private hospital networks). He combines this enterprise engineering experience with an academic background, co-authoring AI research published at Tier-1 conferences such as EMNLP and CVPR. Following Cariva’s joint investment with BDMS and the stabilization of his core engineering work there, Hirunkul established SolveServe Group. The firm started as an outsourcing contractor for technical consulting, initially handling AI service integration for the Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He built the company through established industry networks, scaling operations while maintaining an exceptionally lean structure. Today, SolveServe Group operates with a strict focus on hands-on engineering, minimal operational overhead, direct software architecture oversight, and direct founder engagement on every project.

Every project is unique, so we create custom proposals based on your exact requirements. Because we operate as a compact team and deliberately avoid parallelizing work across dozens of accounts, we dedicate full focus to a select number of clients at a time. Our minimum engagement starts at $5,000. Typical project budgets range from: $5,000 – $15,000: Focused, short-cycle deliveries (1 to 3 months), such as MVPs, AI service integrations, automated systems, or internal custom SaaS tools. Up to $65,000+: Comprehensive, long-term technical partnerships (up to 1 year) for full platform engineering, ongoing AI research, complex enterprise systems, or commercial SaaS product development, such as a complete clinic ERP system we engineered for an active client to commercialize and sell.
