SoftCollie is a software engineering company in Valladolid, Spain. Our engineers come from robotics and connected-device environments: real-time interfaces for robot and device fleets, software that drives hardware directly, containerized services on Kubernetes and the delivery pipelines behind them. We pair that with our own ERP/SaaS product, ShephERP, which runs in production today and gave us the parts an industrial client needs from day one — bill of materials and production costing, multi-warehouse inventory with traceability, supplier management and purchase orders, invoicing and B2B commerce.

What we do for industry:

• Machine and device integration: telemetry capture, fleet control, hardware-driving software, dashboards that show what the plant is really doing

• Production and inventory: BOM and real cost per unit, scrap, multi-location warehouses, live stock, barcode and label workflows

• Purchasing and suppliers: negotiated costs, minimum order quantities, lead times, automatic replenishment on stock thresholds

• B2B commerce and distribution: multi-branch catalogs, customer-specific pricing, quotes, delivery notes and invoices

• Applied AI: agents that read delivery notes, invoices and supplier catalogs into the system, demand forecasting and anomaly detection, assistants grounded in the company's own documentation, and computer vision for visual checks

• Replacing legacy systems and rescuing half-finished projects without stopping production

How we work: the first days go into understanding the process on the floor, not the wishlist. You get a written scope with phases and prices before we write code, then a working demo every one or two weeks on an environment you can open yourself. Code review and automated tests on every change. When we finish, the code and the documentation are yours.
