Can’t agree more with previous reviewer Amanda! Our creatives were very poorly made - slideshow of photos with Canva illustrations They spent more on ads than we agreed to, we were told that our products are not “necessity” & not to bother them all the time (once a week) when we enquired about the process. Sam Founda also ignored our request to reduce the discount % for retargeting. Our ROI dropped a lot when our visitor count and bounce rate went massively up. He directed poor traffic to our website for all the $$$ spent. After saying we are extremely unhappy with the service and promised to raise the issue with Small Claims Court, Sam threatened us with his lawyer. Social Connection is operating as a trustee therefore even if you seek legal advice then they can just easily say they don’t have funds to refund. Their “Money back guarantee” on the website is rubbish as they don’t stick to it! Since then we have worked with a marketing expert who analysed Sam’s advertising strategy and we were told that their ads were set up very poorly with little to no audience defining + they overlapped audiences (wasting money). - Worked with Social Connection for one of my start-up companies. Sam and the team knew what needed to be done and how we could get our first product out there. They had a strategy in mind and was implemented precisely even accounting for variables along the way. Very happy with the communication and knowledge when we worked with Social Connection ! Highly recommended.
