Having worked with Soap Media for over 9 years now, I can honestly say their team go above and beyond to help make your ideas come to fruition and to make your business a huge success. Soap handled our website design and build and all of our paid marketing and they helped to grow the brand to a 2 million customer base worldwide; their team are highly knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with, highly recommended. - Good initial sales process instilled confidence, build out process was alot slower than promised and had to be micro managed by our own team , poor to terrible post sale service, very difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone. Very odd appraoch to customer service and account management.
