- It is noteworthy that positive reviews are given mainly by the company's employees. In my humble opinion, this is at least misleading to potential customers. It is also not clear the quality of the services provided for promotion and SMS, given that the company has 16 likes on Instagram.
- Since Google does not give the right to respond to the answer in the review, I have to write 1 more, sorry. Let's start at the end: Forgive me, but I definitely didn’t want to offend anyone and didn’t do it. The only thing that could make me think so was the phrase: "It's like with fools." We played the role of fools, so we felt after invoicing after the fact. The first touch was on May 21, 2020. The last one was December 17, 2020. Between these dates 6 months and 26 days, not 7 months and 15 days. You met halfway, I agree. But again, with reservations. We owed it so much that we overpaid and the payment went to December. We had to deal with the calculations. I personally didn't want to pay until we figured it out. And when they wrote that let's pay at last, we got what we got. We wanted to pay for the entire month, but received an invoice as of December 17, 2020. Although I asked Marina twice to clarify whether this is an accurate figure. And then Yana writes and declares that you are on pause. Isn't this a mockery? And this is not the first moment, previously there was a similar story, we paid for everything as it was said, and then they told us that, oh, they did not pay extra. This is the norm, they were wrong and they were wrong. We fixed the moment right away. The story with Yana made us think a week before the situation with the sales department. After the introduction of the new manager, it became clear to a person that there was a lot to explain to a person + New Year was ahead, but everything was done as if there were a lot of things ahead, let's go faster, not up to you at all. And then you have to devote even more time and tell him everything again. But this is already a subjective assessment. I felt myself to be the sales department, which itself keeps track of payments, the head of the smm department, which monitors the timing of the publication of posts. I'm sure Yana somehow explained why we had pauses with the first project, we didn't have time to post anything and had to postpone the payment until the next month, again after a personal call. Let me remind you: we had to kick ourselves. It's not like that with you all, hence the thought crept in that our projects had nothing to do with it. If Anton got hurt by chance, I apologize again, maybe I was mistaken. I want to state right away that such long reviews are not a desire to somehow underestimate the rating. I am glad that you managed to create such a project, I know how the company is developing and what heights its former employees have reached. It is worth looking up to at SMMSTUDIO, many want to get there, judging even by the reviews about the selection there. For such a review, any company is ready to carry it on its hands, you yourself know that very well. Here the goal is to help.
- We started working with the guys with 1 project in May, and by September they connected the second project. Least of all questions are addressed to target-managers and smm-managers (Anna, Alexandra), who solved problems directly with us 24/7. Of course, not without difficulties and punctures. Every day at 9 in the morning, reports on advertising came, immediately answered questions. During the day, we clarified the content, thought together what was best, tried it, did not work, did it again. This review is more about the middle tier of this company. These are the heads of departments. The sales manager working with us quit his job and was replaced by the ROP, which ultimately became the last straw. Head of SMM department (Yana): 0 touches for all months of work, in difficult moments of plugging and deadlock, and there were such. It is worth highlighting the fact that we are not just guys who came to sell cases for iPhones and firmly believed in everything they tell us. We had our own vision, sometimes wrong, and we wanted to get the result. The only thing we got in the general chat was "plan a post plan for the week." What is the purpose of finding such a person in the chat is unknown. The control? It is normal to make mistakes and as far as we understood that before giving the post for approval, he passed through the head of the department. To put it bluntly, the head of the department was our side, which helped the SMM manager to do everything right. Perhaps there were some touches outside the chat, but we trained a specialist who worked with us as his employee. * I will separately highlight how difficult it was to work with the designers. But they tried and I will not reproach for indifference. But what was difficult is a fact. At the very beginning of the cooperation, it was agreed that the case of the project should not be shared, we agreed on non-disclosure. What do you think happened one summer night on the pages of social networks smmstudio? Then there was a change in the composition and we were given a new employee. There was a call with Yana, who was in the style: "Well, let's go faster, yes-yes-yes, well, wait for the shoto, we'll show you." The first bell rang. Advertising (Anton). It's simpler here: there was 1 person (Anna) who was with us, for this I bow to her and thank you very much. And this is the specialist we were assigned to. There are no specific facts, but something told us that we are clearly not a priority for the head of the department in questions about our project, it just seems so, but most likely I am mistaken and tearfully apologize if I am wrong. One of the punctures was when our specialist took a vacation and the head of the department took up the implementation of an advertising campaign to attract our regular customers and got a little pierced, and the project did not give any result at all, but that is. We learned this later. Thanks for the great experience. The bell rings 2 times. Sales department (Marina). After the dismissal of the sales manager who was assigned to us, ROP took his place. No matter how ridiculous it may sound, even SMMs and targetologists were engaged in money, maybe this is such a policy. ROP just looked like money and that's it. Literally monthly, without keeping track of the number of posts, overpayments, etc. In some month we simply overpaid for projects and nobody really wanted to notice this. The final point was that upon the request for payment, we were calculated as of 12:00 on the day when the request was sent, although the form of payment is an advance payment for a month. Yes, the plug with payment came out, since December 2020 turned out to be not easy, like the whole year. We delayed the payment a little and we were told in an ultimatum that cover the debt - then we will start working with you. The debt was covered and in the end, after repayment, we had to. Here already as with fools. The joke is funny, the situation is not very good. We were outraged by this situation, no one even thought to contact us and smooth the issue. Just ignore. Well, leaving - leave. We waited 4 days for a response. After they announced the termination of cooperation, after which there was also no reaction. Like ships at sea. Apparently the management doesn't really follow the projects. I will not climb, apparently the policy of the p̶a̶r̶t̶i̶i̶ ̶ company. I would like to send this review in a personal feedback form at the end of cooperation, but apparently you can do without it. You don't have partners, you only have clients.

We have been working with SMMSTUDIO since the summer of 2019 and from the very beginning of cooperation, the company managed to establish itself as a reliable partner, ready for tasks and challenges. - The guys advised me, and they fully justified their recommendation. Provide a clear plan, text, appearance - we coordinate - we launch. Send reports daily. Adjust the company's settings depending on the wishes. Clear detailed instructions if something is not clear. And what was surprising is that they don’t take up those areas which, in their experience, will not bring a response - I think this also speaks in their favor.
