SMB Advantage is an AI implementation consultancy in West Palm Beach, Florida. The work is narrow on purpose. We find the tasks inside a small business that repeat every week, decide which of them should be handled by a system, and then build it.

Most clients run between $1M and $10M in revenue and have no technical staff. The owner is the bottleneck. Quotes get rebuilt from scratch, leads sit until someone remembers to follow up, and the process that actually works lives in one employee's head. We map that work first, sitting with the person who does it today, and only then automate the parts that are safe to automate.

Four kinds of builds:

Workflow automation. Invoice processing, reporting, follow-up sequences, and data sync between systems that were never meant to talk to each other.

AI agents. Software that does a job rather than answering questions: drafting email, updating the CRM, chasing overdue items, preparing a daily priority brief. Every agent starts with human approval and widens its lane only where that proves safe.

Custom apps and portals. Client request portals, internal ops boards, and small applications shaped around how the business already runs.

Dashboards and ops reporting. One place the owner can see the numbers without building a spreadsheet first.
