- Skigital did a great job helping us create our website. We now have a website we are proud to send both potential and existing clients to get more information about our business. We would like to thank them again for all of their help!
- This team failed to deliver on basic marketing capabilities for my business online presence so I terminated. Kim apologized, offered a refund but never did; when questioned, she offered the refund in the form of the same marketing effort that they failed in, or in graphic work that I did not need. They also set up my Facebook business account wrong - I had access to all their client accounts including Skigital credit card account, and likely every client has access to everyone else's. When I requested that Skigital remove themselves as my business manager, they were unable to do that. I had to petition Facebook to release me from Skigital, a frustrating tedious process that took months. Nice people but lack technical ability.
- Shanna and Kim helped us completely redesign our website. We were thrilled with the results!! They were great to deal with and always very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We look forward to working with them again!!
- Helped us get the word out on our new dog product, helped with a new blog everyone loved, helped run our Facebook---so good, I gave them our horse account. Sales up, more clients----all good.
